Shipping Policy

It usually takes 1-2 business days to receive and process orders.

Please allow us 5-7 business days to ship your order. Orders via Ground ship Monday – Friday, 8am to 3pm. Orders for same day Express shipping need to be placed by 10 am Monday-Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day.

We use UPS as our main carrier. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

The shipping costs are calculated directly through a website linked to UPS, has no control over the shipping price.

If Signature Service is not requested Replacement is not responsible for any lost, damaged or melted packages that are left at the door.
We cannot guarantee that order cancellations called in via telephone will be caught and cancelled. Sending an e-mail will ensure the cancellation of your order and prevent unwanted charges and shipments.

Customer may be charged an additional SHIPPING FEE for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer’s incorrect address entered on the order form. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charged at the same shipping charges that applied to the original order.

UPS can only calculate prices for shipments within the United States. For all International orders/shipments please send an e-mail via the Contact Us button and the Customer Service Representative will handle the order directly.

Free Shipping Information (within continental United States and Canada only): offers Free Standard Shipping on all Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and camera domes 8” and under. Orders are processed and ship via UPS Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery that are a result of something beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions.
